1.10 - Not active AMRAAM guided by RWR

Hi,

after the release of the 1.10 RC I went to test out the new CEC-feature. There I stumbled upon something odd:

An F-18 with its radar off is able to guide an AIM-120C AMRAAM by providing imprecise (but firing and hitting is still possible) position updates with its RWR. Its even possible to hit an enemy plane without the missile ever going active itself. I provided a savegame.

Known issue, a fix is planned for the release after 1.11.
