Random Scenario Generator?

Aside from the stock scenario selection, Is there a feature to randomly generate scenarios or must you design them from scratch?

There is no 'Quick Battle' functionality, it's on my to do list for the future.

Wow! A random scenario generator (or Quick Battle Maker) would be awesome!
