Hi all,
Whenever I start beta testing a new game I always create a suggestions thread in order to compile all the ideas to try to improve the game, so they are easy to look at. So I encourage you guy to post them.
Some of them will see the light and some others won't that's up to Hubert and Bill and how difficult/time expending to implement they would be.

Here goes my first one: In all the previous titles I missed knowing what was the turn I was playing out of how many. True that we have the date but I'd like to have the info saying turn 1/25, 2/25... as well as the date.

I checked the map in Spain and imo Barcelona is way to close to the French border, it would look better if it was where you have placed Sabadell.
Catalonia would be better spelled Cataluña or if written in catalán: Catalunya as you seem to be using Spanish for the city names.
Leon should have an accent León
Same for Jaen--> Jaén
Seville is the English word, in Spanish is Sevilla
Corruna is properly spelled Coruña, even better La Coruña or A Coruña in Galician
Ferroll is spelled Ferrol
Minorca-->Menorca
Mellilla-->Melilla
Tetuan--> Tetuán
Andalusia (English)-->Andalucía (Spanish)

-Ability to stack 2 units

-Place Budapest on western side of the Danube

-Add option for an additional ability to manually raise MPP's generated by a specific city for a cost(like adding anti-air defenses).

-Add Infantry divisions to the game, slightly weaker than corps but better offensively than garrisons. Would help to create continous frontlines, which I had a problem with in AoD and by the looks of it might also be a problem now in Russia. If nothing else they can be used for smaller custom scenarios.

-More charts for amount of units, lost units, amount of cities, amount of offensive/defensive combat moves etc

Great idea guys and while Divisions are not included at the moment they are a unit type available that can be added via the Editor. Many customizations are possible as we have expanded the unit types by quite a few and there are many new options available in the Editor that give you much more flexibility and power over the campaign data.

I can't seem to find anywhere to turn on the hexes. I like seeing them when I play. Have I missed it or is it not there?

I'd like to be able to reinforce and upgrade in the same turn.
It's a drag atm to do both atm.

Reinforcing and moving would upset the game balance too much after you take Poland.
You could just reinforce on the move, and end up in France alot sooner.

Good idea to open a thread for this.

I have made a mistake moving one unit to the wrong location. And, I would like to request a "undo move" button if possible.
But, I am realizing, by asking this, that it could open on some "gamey" tactics.

Thus, the "undo move" button would be available only if, by moving the unit, nothing was discovered changing the fog of war.
Still wondering myself if this is a good idea. [&:]

Yeah I agree on zoom levels, having one more zoom in but it would also be nice to have one between the max zoom out and the middle one with more emphasis on frontlines, pockets and bigger cities, right now the biggest map is too big to show pockets and the middle one show a bit too much stuff. Would be nice to have one between those when you just want to look around your empire but still want some details about frontlines, pockets and major cities..

Basically a zoom level that lets you see Russia from Leningrad/Finland to the Caucasus with cities and possibly unit types/factions.

How difficult would it be to implement this:

Suppose you move a unit and spend all its action points, actually the game if you select it again doesn't allow you to move it further thus you can't benefit from "forced march", my request is to be able to do forced march if the proper conditions are met.

+1, especially in differentiating between types. The player could click on an air unit, for example, and then the next and previous buttons would only be for air units.

Make 'Medium Tanks' Panzer divisions. I haven't played enough to really get to learn this unit but so far I would rather see it being a divison with the heavy tanks upgrade possible. All tanks are medium until you upgrade their "heavy tanks" points no? So it seems more logical to have them as divisions instead.

-Would be nice to have ability to compare units before buying them. I'm trying to figure out if I should buy a rail gun or an armored train but it's very hard to compare them by clicking back and forth. Would be nice to have option to for example press one unit then ctrl-left click another to bring up their stats side by side.


Edit:
-When bringing up report screen, can we get an option to actually see the latest reports from what happened during AI turn. I mean the messages that pops up when AI is done. Sometimes I leave computer when it's the AI's turn, but those messages just automatically disappears.


-When moving a unit into fow, in my opinion the "enemy contact" (automatic enemy attack) should only happen if you select a hex with an enemy on it. It's so annoying when you know there will be an enemy in a city so you move the unit to outside the city but still get "enemy contact" "penalty" because enemy is on the next hex in the city..

-SS and Guards units with different color on counters + slightly better than normal units.
And different color on counters of minor factions aswell, like dark green for hungary, yellow for romania etc.
