Currently using the latest Beta Patch 1.8.11.26a
I am an experienced PBEM player. Should be able to give most Allied players a reasonable challenge. Can do one turn per day. This will be the only PBEM game I am playing.

I don't tend to use a lot of house rules. I recommend:
Transport fuel/oil only in TK, AO and bulk tanks of certain xAKs
No strat bombing in China
Pay full PP cost to move restricted land units across borders
Normal first turn stuff

Hi, just out of curiosity why the HR about fuel / oil transport? I cannot see the reason. Furthermore with reduced cargo capacity I use alot of AKs to move fuel around.

It is one of only two house rules Symon recommended before he was banned. It avoids the unrealistic use of 55 gal drums loaded in 100s of xAKs moving bulk fuel.

I think that was his intent. It also affects Japanese fuel movement back to the home islands and increases the importance of the role of allied submarines in strangling the Japanese economy. This helps balance PDU on in the later war airgame in my view.

Alot of good points. TK/AO are even more important targets under that HR. IIRC there's a limited number of Japanese AK-type convertible to TKs. One should think that convertion is a must under this HR
