purchasing heavy tanks

I understand why we wait until Jan 42, however, the way the calendar works you end a turn 31 Dec 41 and the next turn you get to take is Feb 42. I lost a whole month of production and I saved to buy all 3 in one turn. Slightly annoying, can we change the date of availability to 31 Dec 41?
