I just played a few turns on the new build. Two things I noticed.

1) I was going to upgrade a Russian fighter unit and found that as I clicked the button to raise the level it just kept going. Not only past the level I researched but beyond level 5!

2) PLEASE put the max button back into the reinforce dialog. It saves me from a whole of clicking!!

Otherwise things look GREAT and plays well so far.
