Battlefield not appear in Battleground: Civil War

I'm using BATTLEGROUND: CIVIL WAR on Windows 10. I get the scenario page, select a scenario, but the battlefield doesn't appear. How can I make it do so?

I am having a lot of trouble with getting Eastern Front to load battles. Please help

Have you tried Compatibility settings yet?
