Winter in COI

Question about COI datafiles: I want to know what triggers the soldiers' use of winter camo - apart from the setting in the winter equipped column in the teams datafiles. What is the relationship with the rarity settings?

Did you ever find the answer to this Pete?

- Soldiers/vehicles winter camo is triggered by the header in mapname.txt
Regarding rarity settings I think those are not related to winter camo - They just set the rarity of the unit in general.
