Hi - in one of my current PBEM games I noticed something weird with one of my opponents units, he moved forward a British Tank unit into a clear (arid) non-fortified hex in Egypt (hex 199,125) to attack one of my units, but when I checked the unit I noticed that it had maximum entrenchment (i.e. 2) even though the unit has only just moved to that hex. There wasn't a unit in that hex in the previous turn, but that shouldn't make any difference anyway. Am I missing something, or is this a bug? Pretty major one as it's made that unit much less vulnerable to counter-attack. Not happy with this at all

Also noticed another possible oddity, I attacked the British WDF with an Italian Infantry Army that had 2 entrenchment and which didn't move this turn. There was a British Artillery unit providing defensive fire, but my italian unit lost ALL it's entrenchment (both steps) even though it only attacked once - how can this be? Also one of my Tactical bombers that attacked somehow lost it's entrenchment too - it didn't move and had one entrenchment at the start of the turn. This is with patch 1.08

Seen the same bug with a german tank moving near to the BEF that was in Le Havre. During Allied turn the tank has gained magically 2 levels of entrenchment and furthermore it didn't loose entrenchment after it was attacked by a strategic bomber !
