Got another surprising event in a PBEM game :
- Entire France has surrenderer a few turns ago (France + North Africa + Syria)
- There is a British corps in Casablanca + a British garrison in Rabat (and not Axis troops near them)
=> Axis got the DE603 event that allow Spain to join Axis [&:]
I thought that holding Casablanca should prevent this event to occur. I am missing something ?
