Automatic relocation SU

What am I doing wrong?

I have Corps HQ with 3 Artillery Regiment. I would like to automatically move 2 regiment to the parent army

1. In Corps HQ unlock supuort level and set it 1
2. In parent Armu AQ unlock suport level
3. Waiting 2 turns and nothing changes
Sorry for my English. It is not the best.

Maybe someone who uses that function will help you. I was always in the camp that manages support unit allocations manually.

Check all your higher level HQs are not locked. If OKH is locked it does the whole army.

When the corps is disbanded (assuming you are a soviet), it would also be done automatically.

Carefull, there is a trap construction&sapper units have a fixed hard coded value of 3 in all unlocked HQ. So while you are expecting arty to move up, carefull construction unit may move down by surprise.

Brakes are for cowards !!

Also, I think level 1 doesn't translate to one artillery unit, but more like one of each type.
