PBEM GLOBAL WAR no OIL

If there is anybody interested on playing a PBEM Global War without Oil Rules no matter the side , rolls made using PBEM server and dropbox for sharing the game files, send me a private message. I use to play fast and I think I´m experienced player. I have no no concern about hour/time zone issues I can adapt mine to yours.
