Spratly Island under water

This post is regarding the island found at 8°38′41″N 111°55′12″E. This is the largest of the Spratly Islands held by Vietnam and it has airfield and port facilities. According to the CMANO map it's highest elevation is -16 ft. Placing facilities at this location will put them under water making them hard to detect and difficult to attack, isn't that correct? Is it possible to have the map corrected in a future update? Is there any work around for this?

Have you downloaded Build 998.9? That has updated heights for the Spratlys.

Yes that is the build that I have installed.
