Just got this game … long time player of AE and DC …. Hate playing the AI and looking for a learning game against another newbie or an experienced player willing to enlighten me … either side ….

I'd wait until you can beat the AI with your eyes closed before trying a game against a seasoned player. I was making such quick work of the AI that I thought I must be some kind of military prodigy, but have had my ass handed to me several time in PBEM games.

All you really have to do is start a 2 player game with no password. Someone will join before the day is over. You can have multiple games going at once.

And yeah, I agree. Best way to learn is to get your ass handed to you a few times.
