PC vs MAC

Post by Balbus »

I have all the expansions for PC. I just bought a MAC and thought I would move them over to it, but noticed I can only download the PC version. If I want the expansions for my MAC, do I have to buy them all again for that platform?

If you bought the PC version of a DLC, it is impossible to download the Mac version of this DLC :

It seems that on GOG.com we can play both versions PC and MAC without needing to buy them separately :

Yes you can play the Mac version, you only have to download the base game.

Download the updated version of Order of Battle: WW2 from your Member's area or just from the link below:

http://ftp.us.matrixgames.com/pub/Order ... v7.1.4.zip

Unzip, mount and install the extracted dmg file.

Let's assume you want to activate the "US Pacific" expansion.
Run the game and click “Single Player” in the game main menu. On the Campaign Map you will see the US Pacific campaign on the Map. Click this, then select “Activate Campaign” and you will be prompted to enter your US Pacific serial number. After entering this, the campaign will unlock and you'll be able to play it.
Do this for all the DLCs.

Part of Balbus' problem was finding the download link. I previously had the same problem so I went to the FTP site where the The forum wouldn't let me put into a post so I pm'ed it to him a couple of days ago. I think he has it all straightened out now. He'll have to confirm. I still have problems getting to the mac download directly from the my customer page - it always only gives me the pc version.
