Still the same error. Would be nice if someone of Matrix could take note of that error.

To state the obvious, have cleared your cache and restarted your computer? If that fails you should open a ticket with Matrix support.

No, I refuse to. This is a Matrix-only issue and they`ll have to fix it if they want to keep me as a costumer.

If there was a problem with the Matrix site, you would not be the only person getting that error.

Acccording to the "feedback"-thread I am not the only one, which you could have noticed easily by reading the first post, and also according to a search on google this error report is typically caused by the site. Did I already mention this site is the only one where this error appears?

My browser is set to automatically clear the cache after every session and to refresh cookies; together with my research I guess that's all I could do for my part, and the knowledge of how Matrix generally approaches its service sadly leads to the conclusion that they don`t care very much.

Well, I was having problems and I had to edit the registry on my computer to fix it.

Yes, it must be. However, look and these and try the suggestions listed for your end:

https://www.lifewire.com/search?q=502+bad+gateway

https://www.lifewire.com/503-service-un ... ed-2622940

https://www.lifewire.com/504-gateway-ti ... ed-2622941

You might also have to flush some information in your ipconfig as well as some other permissions.

You also did not post what browser that you are using. Try a different browser.

Took some days to get into this thread again, no changes so far from Matrix? Not even an official answer to this issue? FU.

So polite you are. [8|]

You do not state your operating system, how you are hooked up to the internet, whether or not you are the sole user of the computer, nor have you stated that you read the information on the links that I provided and done what you could.

If other people can access it, then it probably is on your end or an intermediary.

I'm getting more of these 502 bad gateway errors on this forum. I use Chrome. I never get these errors on any other sites, and never had them on this site before the forum upgrade.

76mm, you'll have to delete your cookies. I have seen that from time to time, and just deleting the cookies seems to make it go away.

OK, but that is kind of a pain because then I have to relog into all of my other sites.

For Matrix: Why is this the only site where I encounter this problem, and why only since the forum "upgrade"?
