Alien Races

I am considering writing a sci-fi story loosely based on several sci-fi games. What are the alien races in STUN? All I can think of is the original ones:
Human, self-explanatory
Avian, pterodactyls of space
Minervan, lizard things in armor
Kerack, Anteater-moles of space?
Argonian, two eye-stalked things
Zotl, ant-things of space
Siren, Demons from h#ll
Robot, why are they a different race and not from Earth?
Purlaine, silver-colored "Greys"
Treeclop, trees with eyes
What are the other aliens from Divided Galaxies? Can someone please tell me?

Also, what do you people think about Galactic Civilizations? Is it better than STUN?

I'm kinda wondering for what purpose you want to write this story. Be aware that the aliens in any specific game are copyrighted and the property of those who worked hard and produced the game.

I'd like to encourage you to dream/think up your own aliens. Sounds like you might have done some of that in your post. Especially if you're trying to write something and get it published.

Myself, I'm what's considered a pro but poor science fiction writer. Whenever I write about aliens (which is frequently) I make up my own after doing a little research.

As far as which is better SUDG or GALCIV, I'd suggest that they're both excellent games. But they play very differently. I like them both very much.
