Ability to hide units (H-key) even when unit selected

Post by niki_belucci »

Hi there,

while getting more and more time out of this game there is one thing that already destroyed some moves/annoyed me.

When reshuffling units it is often really hard to see whether a backwards unit can reach a certain point at the front where currently another friendly unit sits. Being able to switch into the "Hiding units" view while having an unit selected would be such a QoL feature! Maybe this is feasible without a lot of effort?

Thanks for your thoughts/feedback!

I see what you are after here, unfortunately it is not a straightforward option but I'll look into it.

Thanks for your reply and feedback! Understand that some things might look easier than they are "under the hood" but I`m really convinved this would provide us players with even more playability!

As a rule of thumb question: do enemy ZoCs "stack" their effect, e.g. an hex which gets blocked by two adjacent enemy ZoCs is double entry cost?

No, just the one ZoC cost.
