Email Reminder

I play WWI, WWII Europe and WWII World at War. But I only get a E-Mail reminder for WWII World at War. How could I fix this up to get reminder E-Mails for the other games too?

There is a known issue and all I can suggest is contacting Matrix support as hopefully the more reports they get the more likely they will be to be able to fix the problem:
