[1.07.03] High-tech vault doesn't provide goodies

Searched the forum but couldn't find anything on this.

The high tech vault card doesn't provide any of the resources it should. When paid for, it says you get so much of this and that. None of it actually shows up.

Did you check the zone inventory? It goes in the zone, it'll take a turn for it to be shipped to the SHQ.
Not affiliated with Slitherine. They added it to my name when they merged the Slitherine and Matrix account systems.

^^That. It is a common issue with that card. Prety odd you could not find anything for it, but then you might have used the wrong searchterms.
