If I pre-order, does that enable me to download the game manual now?
The Wehrmacht that set out to conquer Russia in 1941 was a poor army with strictly limited resources.

Hi folks,

I specifically said in the past that pre-ordering does not give any immediate download access. We're actually still finalizing the E-Book version of the manual and the print version just went to the printer yesterday.

With that said, we will be releasing large parts of the manual in preview form between now and release, starting with a preview of the getting started sections later today.

Although I bought the pre-release, I think the only reason was enthusiasm - because it was not really a rational move [:D]
