V for Victory game series

Post by maunaloa6174 »

Hello,
I'm looking for brand new, sealed big box games from series V for Victory (three of them):
Gold - Juno - Sword,
Velikiye Luki,
D-Day Utah.

If anyone from You have them sealed and is willing to sell, I will pay very good price!
Regards,
Maciek

Have you looked on eBay yet? Why do you want them sealed?

Here is one
You know what they say, don't you? About how us MechWarriors are the modern knights, how warfare has become civilized now that we have to abide by conventions and rules of war. Don't believe it.

Is it not abandonware since then?

Nice, I used to have that one.

I used to play the V4V games exclusively for months at a time!

Closest game out now in my opinion is Decisive Campaigns.

Wow, you found a sealed box game, nice, I have three of the games in my closet in perfect condition but no 3.5” drive. It’s okay though

Have you tried Zoo Tycoon 2? That has sea lions. That's sort of sealed I guess.

Probably you already know this, but if you have the originals you can download an abandonware version and play them with DOSBox.

I use DOSBox very often. It's true that It will be difficult mission to get them brand new. First I will collect all parts in mint - near mint condition, then I will wait patiently for the new ones. I just managed to buy sealed commemorative collection of all parts of this game:

Don't you wish Matrix would get the rights to all of them, including the World at War series done for Avalon Hill and re-release them?

That.Would.Be.Great. But as far I'm concerned It's 100% utopia to make this dream come true...

Just buy the drive. External ones with USB plug are still made and available. I bought one couple years ago to install The Settlers (PC, English, floppy disk version). Here is one:

Those games were all WEGO too. They were fab. All they need is a graphics upgrade and conversion to run on the latest OS. I would buy the whole lot. Including Crusader and Stalingrad. Were there any others?
