[WAD] Incorrect Corps Highlighting

In the Road to Leningrad Scenario, Axis, Corps are highlighted in blue when the commanding Army is chosen, even when the Corps is out of range.

WAD - in the case of HQs it shows the relationship not if the units are in range of each other - see 6.5.2 and discussed in 4.20.2
