Error when pushing "Folder" button

I can start Tannenberg or other scenarios shown on the first page. However, when I push folder button, "The system cannot find the path specified." is shown. I can find "scenarios" folder under Document\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV.
After that I also see the following message.
