Anchor symbol

Hi guys ! Went a PBEM with a friend at the laucnh of the game, great experience (we are currently playing one on WPE :p).

I just launch it again to see new changes. And i wonder what is the anchor symbol (one or two) near to the destination hex with fleets. Can you help me ?

It shows how much effectiveness your ships lose because of distance to the closest port. Two anchors mean 12% loss, one anchor means 24% loss, no anchor 36% loss. How far you can go without loss depends on the port size (see page 74 of the online manual for details).
