Hi,

you need to download the SDK where you can find the Scenario Editor and other interesting stuff.

There's a guide on how to use it in a pdf inside the SDK.

Thank you for answering, I have that but the .scn files it produces will not load or be recognised by Scourge of Waterloo. I have tried for ages, but still no luck to get it to work.

I'm a bit puzzled because the scenario editor creates a folder with 4 or 5 different files but no one is a .scn file.

Usually you find the new scenario in your documents/Sowwl/Scenarios folder and you can launch it from the users scenarios menu.
