What is unit's recon score?

What is unit's recon score?

Recently I got the entire Decisive Campaigns series from Steam because sale. I'm left wondering, what are the recon scores of various units? Likely I have just overlooked it, but a screenshot with some highlight (red circle or whatev) would be very helpful now.
You know what they say, don't you? About how us MechWarriors are the modern knights, how warfare has become civilized now that we have to abide by conventions and rules of war. Don't believe it.
