[1.0.2.0]Designer Problem(Latest per category)+Station Position

Hello,
I ran into a problem in the ship's designer that the latest per category sheet, it does not show earler ended tech components. There is no later alternative, but can be used few Tech levels later.
Example:
Star Marine Barrack or Point Shield Generator [PD](v2).
Star Marine Barrack :easy to test, level 5 tech start and you can only find it on the generic tab/browsing all the components.

Or it just bothers me like the Small Space Station(with a dock facing the planet) too close to planet where ships constantly collide and they can only dock through long suffering. Although the other stations are no exception, they are less frequently visited by ships.
