seems weird i have to coup a democracy to swap to republic why cant i vote.
i dont want my leader to die
it should also be possible to divert funds for propaganda to long term switch to even more militaristic government

Would be cool to have factions in this game. Like if you could put propaganda resources into promoting Democracy on planets that are under hive governments. Instead of a binary start revolution on foreign government you can just have spy spread some propaganda literature to the insectoids 🐜
