This saved game is at Allied Land Combat Declaration in Global War Impulse 2 of S/O 39. If you declare a French attack on German units, when the game cycles through to Emergency HQ Supply, the game freezes.

Had this problem... only solution was to turn off that particular option at the load screen.

Can you turn off options at the load screen? We selected in one of my games Carpet Bombing and we regretted it, but still we had to click the cap and the phase itself per each country. Maybe 1000+ clicks, for nothing.

Yes, you can. Just not all of them. HQ emerg supply is one you can readily turn off. I had to do so in a recent game.
