Hi,

I see there are two scenarios, One where Italy joins the Entente (historical) and one where Italy joins the Central Powers. Is it possible in either game to "flip" the alliance? I'm playing 1914 Call To Arms, vanilla. I have put all the Central Powers diplomacy chits into Italy, up to 60% chance to favor the access. However, it makes no difference. They just stay at 0%.

Is it possible to create a mod where Italy is neutral and events/chance/diplomacy can make in game have the Italians join an alliance or stay neutral entirely?

Hope you can give some good advice.

One can never "flip" major powers, only minor ones. Diplo on majors can only delay their entry.
However in the standard 1914 scenario Austria Hungary will get a decision in jan 15 to keep Italy neutral at a very high price.
