Hata

There appear to be 2 Japanese generals with the name Shunroku Hata, they have different ratings so I thought maybe there were 2 with the same name but doing a quick google search I only see one, must be a mistake.

Let me know where they are and I will fix it for the next update. Sometimes I miss things. Sometimes sources are different.

the one in red I would assume is the one you meant to use as it is the one in alphabetical order, the one in yellow is named the same but has different stats and is not in order
