Creating new maps from old cc games

I started creating maps for CC The Bloody First with maps from Wacht Am Rhein about 2 years ago. I forgot what the process was to do this. Would appreciate any info on creating maps again from old maps. Thanks

Im starting from scratch so I need the CC5 map extractor tool. Already have photoshop.I wanted to start a new campaign from WACHT AM RHEIN and Bridge to Far.
Are we Having fun yet??
