Performance Issues with 1304.1

I have tested the following missions, in both cases rolling back to stable restored usual performance.

Case 01:
Desert Storm Campaign Mission 02 (save attached). In this case I did start this scenario with the stable version, then half way through the mission upgraded to beta 1304.1. Not sure if that impacted things.

I attached a couple of save files, as I did revert back from 1304.1. Not sure exactly which save file.

Case 02:
Because I have since reverted, I don't have a save file for this case. However you can reproduce it by opening up the steam workshop scenario and testing scenario Arctic Tsunami 2019. This scenario comes with a lot of reference points etc configured at the start of the game.

I tested on two separate machines. No mods or anything, basically just steam installation + beta + patch 1304.1.

First machine: 3070 RTX, i7 12700k
Second machine: 3050 RTX, 11th gen I7 (laptop processor).

I found a possible solution that was able to improve my execution time significantly.

Hi! The issue still persists on my end on Mission 1 and 2 of the Desert Storm Campaign. I have already encountered this issue since the Tiny update. Here's a copy of my current save for your reference. I hope this can help resolve the issue. Thanks.

Hi! That is correct but I've encountering this issue since I installed the Tiny update on the public beta branch last May 2022.
