Out of memory error when setting WRA of RIM weapons to 75%

So I don't think that RIM weapons should be default to NEZ, as that lets bombers get WAY too close. Shooting RIMs at them and scaring them off is effectively a mission kill.

So in the scenario I've been playing (modified version of Black Tiger V), I go and set all my RIM weapons to 75%. This causes the WRA window to crash and the game to lock up.

Save file attached, steps to reproduce:

1. Select the main carrier strike group
2. Change the WRA for this carrier strike group
3. Go down to all the RIM weapons, and start changing them all to 75%.
4. You will eventually run into the crash.

This happened to me on two separate PCs, both running the same scenario.
