Most errors with Multiplayer has to do with security.
I put together this file that shows you how to change settings in the firewall to get any app through.
Sometimes Windows does odd things that make no sense. Recently my PC and my son's PC couldn't use DIscord Voice anymore. I don't know why. I had to put Discord on the safe app for the firewall for it to work.
Before using this check for any security software that might interfere. I have had instances where I uninstall the free version of McAfee on someone's PC and parts of it were still there afterwards. I had to find and uninstall these pieces manually. Very odd.
The file below are direct instructions for Windows Firewall and Defender to allow programs to pass though.

Another common issue is if you have really bad internet connection like satellite, cell phone, or off a public wifi with congestion. The upload or download will time out.

Looks like the server returned nothing...
close the game... open the game.... try again....

This looks like a corrupt game file. Which game ID is it? I will have to reset the turn to the previous one. This happens every once in a while to players. The data gets corrupted on a download or upload.
