Mission with Mk84 unguided bomb Loadout cannot drop the bomb

Mission with Mk84 and Mk82 unguided bomb Loadout cannot drop the bomb.
Aircrafts try to fly 200 AGL because of attack Altitude setting in default, but the Mk84 drop altitude is 1500ft. I guess it is the problem.

I can reproduce problem with Build1328.6, DBID495.
I will check this with newest DB.

In order to not reproduce, I need to set flight altitude at (flight altitude - target altitude) is more than Launch altitude.
I added simpler mission to reproduce the problem.
Strike Mission 1 does not have flightplan setting and Strike Mission 2 has flightplan setting 8000ft.
It happens with newest DB.
