Invasion Hexes

I know that there are some hexes not labelled beach that can be invaded including the one south of Oslo. I was wondering if hexes 178,78 and 180,78 can be invaded? I was going to test it hotseat but it would take too long and hoping that someone has either tried to this or knows. Thanks.
