can't open any strategic command game

I tried everything - reinstalling, checked all drivers and updates and nothing helped .
Can't open games
I've written ticket to helpdesk but after 24 hours I'm still ignored .
Any idea?

I think problem may occur in graphic libarries
Microoft Visual C+ but which one.....

well I don't know what I did but it works . Looks AV interference as You said. I deinstalled and program I don't use and it helped
