Screen jump

When the setting is for no display of movement. The screen still jumps for ships hitting bad weather. So, when both sides have AI. When the Axis side AI runs. If an Allied Destroyer hits a rain squall in the mid-Atlantic or an event the screen jumps. Then during the Axis turn the screen remains at the Destroyer or event. There is no way to monitor the Axis movement with the screen place in one location and remains. If both sides have AI players.
Is there a setting to stop all screen jumps?
