This scenario was recommended to me by Bonnie Rat back in the early days of TOAW III. That was shortly before he began making his 0ne year Vietnam Campaign scenarios. CSV by Raindem has been updated many times to adapt to newer versions of TOAW and balance and chrome changes that Raindem deemed necessary. There are almost certainly no further updates coming from MATRIX for TOAW IV.

Perhaps it is time to discuss our favorite strategies/tactics and current balance issues in this excellent scenario.

My apologies for starting this thread and not following up.

I had some shocking (for me) health issues come up.

I think I will start separate threads for specific discussions.

Some of the play thoughts I think might be interesting for old and new players....and balance issues are:

1. NVA artillery play tactics/strategies and game impacts
2. NVA Strat/Tac for pushing I Corps and more
3. Airmobile Lift and use
3. AA issues and reduced Free World Allies (FWA) unit strength and increased EEV costs
4. EEV costs

There is a lot more and feel free to open your own.

I'm just going to start with NVA arty in another post.
