Air HQ

What do you do with the Air HQ unit? What purpose does it serve and how to best utilize it?

It seems all air ops, movements, assignments are done via AOG's.

It lets you add your leader and sets your supply level.

TBH it is a hangover from WitE1.

It is just a place holder for the commander.
