How come I can't disembark LCU's at Pearl?

How come I can't disembark LCU's at Pearl?

I sailed this bad boy from SFO, it's an infantry unit and some marines and I thought I'd disembark them at Pearl but NOooooooooooooo. The error message lies to me. How does this occur and how do I fix it?

There is no stacking in the game. You have already a land unit in Pearl.
