.79 non-critical beta bugs

A couple of non game-breaking bugs noticed on new game started on .79 beta.

1. Something seems to be wrong with rebellions. On two occasions I have seen 1 or even 2 consecutive messages indicating the rebellion in a region is successful, and the region gains independence, only for the next turn to see a message saying the rebellion in that region has been crushed. The region always remains with the original controlling nation. I have seen this happen with Cuba, the Baltic States, and The Philippines in my most recent game. Invasions however seem to be working as normal.

2. In the fleet organization screen, dissolving a parent division permanently hides any child divisions unless the player clears all division assignments. As an example, say I have division 2. I dissolved the division that division 2 was assigned to follow (Let's call it division 1) and this resulted in division 2 disappearing from the fleet organization screen. Division 2 still exists, it shows up on the ships in service tab and the ships can be selected by division, but it doesn't show up in the fleet organization screen. Additionally, assigning division 3 to follow division 2 after dissolving division 1 ends up with both division 2 and division 3 hidden. Not a huge problem, but it would be much more user friendly to at least revert division 2 in this situation to independent so it shows up properly again.

Unfortunately no saves with the rebellion bug actively happening.

The division issue should be observable any game.
