Adding a Port?

How do I add a port to the map? I tried to put in a port in Canada but I can't find a port when trying to add a unit.

Just like with airfields you can add a Single Unit Port feom.the facilities index or build one by placing a group facilities like piers and drydocks on the map and grouping them.
