Axis Aircraft Production Question

Post by Cones2002 »

I have 2 airframes left in my He 219A-2 stockpile for prototype production and I don't have an airframe factory on it.

I've been stuck with these 2 airframes for a handful of days without any new planes being put together and I have the parts for it.

Does not having an airframe factory assigned reduce the chance of a new plane being constructed?

So you have parts and engines? I don't think that not having the factory precludes the assembly of already completed aircraft components. Did you try changing the priority setting?

Hi.
Having a full set of engine, parts and airframe in excess of a production line usually allows the finish of a complete aircraft but it can take several days to a week for it to happen for each one. (almost like the workers are doing it in their own time) BUT I have noticed that once you have moved the production line away from that type the last set does not get completed. Museum parts?

I have parts and engines. It's on priority 1 as well.

Makes sense. The delay could be longer for prototype aircraft due to low numbers of production components typically made.

I guess I should keep it on 12 days for prototypes, so make sure my production stays smooth
