ABM engagement issues (terminal seeker equipped SAM missiles) unable to intercept ballistic targets in terminal phase

New update is really great. But updates sometimes comes inevitable bugs. Currently only TVM/SARH are only capable of terminal phase ABM interception. Missiles using active radar/infrared seekers or combinations cannot intercept ballistics.

Situation - certain units/dedicated SAM facilities that use terminal seekers like ARH or IR do not automatically engage ballistic threats at the terminal stage of its flight. For example, only TVM/SARH seem to engage ballistic missiles in tests, such as PAC-2 and S-300 series (48N6 series only/TVM) currently function properly along with other SAM using TVM guidance. PAC-2 GEM+ and other SA-20/48N6DM work - as long as its TVM.

Other terminal ABM systems such as Stunner (David's Sling - ARH/IIR/EO seekers, paired with a dedicated ABM radar mount) says "unable to intercept target" for ballistic missiles it normally would intercept before update.
Same with the SAMP/T using Aster 30 and Aster 30 block 1 NT and S-400/350 using the 40N6E or 9M96E2 (active radar guidance)
However, PAC-3 missiles sometimes work for ABM role , and other times do not.

Issues also exist for some other SAM facilities that use terminal seeker equipped missiles when dealing with high speed/ballistic threats.

SAM facilities having issues engaging terminal phase ballistic threats: error message "unable to intercept target", even though target speed within parameters and guidance radars have sufficient track of target for ABM engagement:
PAC-3, SAMP/T, David's Sling, SA-21a/b, SA-28 (S-350 Vityaz), Skybow

Not sure if bug is due to guidance radars or missiles themselves, but prior to the recent db update each system's ABM function was working fine.

Do you have a scenario that was working reliable with ARH and now it's not?

I've tested the pac2/Pac3 of the other thread scenario and, Pac3 hasn't problems to engage TBM. Also if I added a TPY4 to the sky bow, they were firing too (with less pH due to the speed of RV)

Maybe you have a savefile with a working PAC3 and /or Sky Bow engagement TBM? I can not manage to fire a single PAC3 or a Sky Bow with TPY4 so it would be very interesting what is the reason. Thank's
