It´s the standard "close to blue" button set coming with the software. I´m currently looking for new icon and button set templates that are easily adjustable to the blue we use for most parts of the website.

For now, if you don´t like the purple set your monitor to b/w

Careful, Raver, when I suggested that the color scheme might be a little "Barney-like," I got a nasty note from Mama Schwanebeck.

Remember when the old green forum gave way to the new white forum and we had to rouse ourselves from our hangovers to get the bright white background toned down? I think the design staff still mumbles and grumbles over that.

The ones that should be IYF are orange, as are the buttons on the main webpage, the "post options" butons are the same blue as on the rest of the webpage.

That is what it looks like.

(maybe the orange is a tad too much "in yo' face", but I digress. :p)

"So you post on a board of big mean wargamers, huh?"

"Yep."

"What's the color scheme?"

"Pumpkin and blue."

"You're all gay there, right?"

The black font on the dark blue header bars is all but invisable to me.

Is the Avatar option disabled?

Old Eagle perhaps you ought to choke her with your pride ;)

Personally I like purple. I always thought the US flag would look better in purple or perhaps a nice shade of vermillion? Actually, thinking now, according to Marc's definaition of In Your Face, perhaps the US flag should be orange!

??

Choke who, matey?

Purple?? Are you lads colorblind??

Go here:

http://www.chem.columbia.edu/~erb/play/colors.html

And look at:

DarkSlateBlue (483D8B)

That's the color I'm seeing. With black font. Only visible when highlighted. If you can see it to highlight it, that is.

This is purple:

violet (EE82EE)

And why is the option to change your avatar disabled?

Hah cool - the little "V" icon in the lower left corner goes orange when you're online. Good if you need to stalk your PBEM opponents... :p
