Now that it is November, and the patch

is out. When can we now expect the boxed version to be release for sale (see the "Now that it is August" tread)?
I am thinking maybe a Christmas surprise is in the making here.
War is an act of violence intended to compel our opponent to fulfil our will. Thus, moderation in war is an absurdity, since failure to utilize all the force at one's disposal defeats the purpose of war.

My understanding is that the boxed version has been available for several weeks (or a month). Still only availabe through the mail.

And I think it just has a pretty DVD type case.
