Only d/l 136mb then shows complete!

Hello everyone,
I have only managed to d/l 136mb before it showed finished. When I double clicked on the .exe I was told the file was corrupt. When I tried to re-download the game my order number, password and email address was not recognised.
now I seem to be left with a part file of Supremacy that cost me £16!!!!
From what I can gather, as far as This Digital river are concerned I have infact downloaded the file.
The other daft thing is when I try to leave a message with Matrix customer support I have to put in my order number which it does not recognise!!!
That is why I am leaving this message here!
Can anyone help??

One last thing when ever I d/l virtually anything from the internet I get around 50k per second. When I try and d/l the Supremacy file I only get 15k per second

I have infact just tried logging on to try downloading again and it worked!!![:)]. So the email must have got thru!!
I am getting about 25Kbps at the moment which is pretty slow for 436mb. Why is it sooo slow downloading this when I can get around 50kbps at most other sites[&:]
As I am writing this the kbps is very gradually dropping, now at 23kbps. For a digital download company this is not brilliant is it. If this was a free d/l I would not have any issues, but having paid £16 for it, I would expect much better!
I will just have to wait and see if it downloads the complete file in 5 hours 30 mins![:(][>:]
I think this is a great idea to have digital downloads and well done to Matrix for doing it, but we do need to have faster download rates.

It was a ~20 minute DL for me. The download filled my 3 Mbps bandwidth. I have no idea what the problem might be but I don't think the transfer rate you're getting is normal. Perhaps it will speed up over time.
